Company Registration
To maintain information autonomy Findings - INTELLEXAE remains wholly privately
owned. Our parent company, Radcliffe Lewis Enterprises, is registered in the District of Columbia, and with the United States as a Sole Proprietorship and a
Private Contractor.
Statement on Funding Policy
The decision to remain independent of the ownership and control standing of government
inherent in registered “non-profit” and “non-government” organizations is consistent with the
integrity of our mission to retain our unique perspective, as well as with the manner of the creation of Findings - INTELLEXAE™
in the first place, and we are not able at this time to close the schism between such government interference and
the obvious benefits of 501-(c)3 status or other like standing.
We therefore depend upon resources provided
to us first and foremost by our
Founder, clients, and subscribers.
